Our aim is simple: make exploration feel earned. Not a hollow checklist, but a trail of stamps — every visit, badge, and milestone in one steady place you actually trust.
Inside the app you browse quests, explore an atlas, log memories, collect badges, and track stats across categories and continents. Because everything stays on your device, your travel history stays entirely yours.

Privacy policy
Your travel records never leave your hands.
Choco Quest is built on one straightforward promise: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data to us or third parties. Every quest, visit, note, badge, and preference lives locally on your device and never leaves it.

1. Information We Collect
Nothing. Choco Quest has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location, and we run no analytics or usage tracking. Your visits, quests, notes, wishlist, and badges stay on your device exactly as you create them.
2. How We Use Information
Because we never collect any information, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, share, or sell. Every feature — quests, the world atlas, passport timeline, badges, custom challenges, and statistics — runs entirely on-device.
3. Data Storage
All of your content is stored locally in the app's own private space on your device using standard on-device storage (such as local app preferences). There is no cloud sync, no remote backup operated by us, and no transfer to external servers. Your records stay exactly where you put them: with you.
4. Maps & Landmark Content
Landmark locations and reference information are bundled inside the app for offline browsing. Choco Quest does not send your visit logs or personal notes to map providers or any external service when you view the atlas or log a memory.
5. Third-Party Services
Choco Quest includes no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, social logins, or embedded marketing SDKs. We don't wire in tools that report your activity to anyone, because there's no activity being reported.
6. Data Security
Since your information never travels over a network to us, it isn't exposed to the risks of transmission or remote storage on our systems. Your data is protected by your device's own safeguards, and the app keeps its footprint minimal and self-contained.
7. Children's Privacy
Choco Quest collects no personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app gathers nothing from any user, it aligns comfortably with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards.
8. Your Control
You're always in full control of your content. Edit or delete visits, reset your passport, or clear custom quests at any time from within the app. Because there are no accounts or server-side backups operated by us, deleting the app permanently removes all associated data from your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. The core commitment — no collection, no transmission, fully local — will not change.
